What is Kidzooly?
Kidzooly is a packed comprehensive content for kids to learn with fun. The content include kids rhymes, kids shows, self reading story books, painting, memory cards, connecting the stars to draw an object, puzzles.

Are videos/activities available offline?
Rhymes’ videos can either be downloaded or watched online. Videos downloaded can be watched without internet connection. However internet connection is required to download the video rhymes. Downloading the videos can take some memory on your device. Videos not downloaded have to be watched with internet connection.

Why some contents is locked and is not available to access?
Kidzooly provides premium content. Premium content includes kids activities that stimulates kids brain and helps them learn by solving simple interesting problems. All activities are designed keeping kids in mind. Locked activities can be purchased inside the app to make available for kids.

Where are my snapshots from Kidzooly painting saved?
They are in the Gallery app (or the corresponding app on your device), in the folder that has the app name “Kidzooly".

Downloading videos/rhymes is very slow?
Downloading video rhymes depends on internet bandwidth that you are connected to. We have made sure rhymes’ videos are available throughout the globe through different data centres for faster download. Also please ensure enough memory is available on the device to download rhymes.

I have made an in-app purchase but nothing unlocked in the app. What happened to my purchase?
You can try the following workaround:

Uninstall the app.

Restart the device (hold down the sleep button and then tap Power Off).

Reinstall the app.

How do I get the in-app purchases that I made to show up on my other android/iOS device?
With Google Play the purchases should become available if you follow these steps:

Make sure that you are logged in with the account that appears on your Google Play receipt.

Open Google Play and tap the three bars in the top corner.

Check the account that appears at the top of the menu.

If it is not the correct account you'll need to add it through the device settings.

Tap the drop-down arrow and choose the correct account from the list.

Delete and reinstall the app onto your device.

With iOS devices? the purchases should become available if you follow these steps:
